2020 SCHEDULE OF EVENTS:

• Monday, July 13: Practice Round for Rocky Mountain Amateur (tee times on own after 12:00 pm NOON)  Players book times on own
• Tuesday, July 14:  Rounds 1 and 2 tee times beginning at 7:00 am
• Wednesday, July 15:  Final Round tee times beginning at 7:00 am
   

Troon Saguaro Amateur Series Tournament Waiver (in addition to our liability waiver listed on our entry form):
The Troon Saguaro Amateur Series reserves the right to accept, decline, or withdraw any entry at any time.  Accepted entries shall be subject to the rules and regulations set forth for this competition by the Troon Saguaro Amateur Series as well as any guidelines in place by the host facility or local health agencies. By entering this Troon Saguaro Amateur Series-administered event, all participants agree that there are certain risks and accept personal and sole liability for all such risks, including, but not limited to, any health-related risks. Participants acknowledge and accept responsibility for maintaining their own personal safety, including but not limited to, utilizing their own PPE, practicing social distancing, and sanitizing themselves if they contact people or surfaces. All participants also understand that there is currently a risk of contracting COVID-19 at any Troon Saguaro Amateur Series-administered event and accept personal responsibility and sole liability for that risk.

Information: The Rocky Mountain Amateur is an open event for NCAA purposes and it will take place at Coloado National Golf Club, the official home course of the University of Colorado, and one of the top golf courses in the Denver metropolitan area.  Colorado National is a previous host to the Denver Open as well as 2011 and 2012 NCAA Regionals.  

Entry Fee: The entry fee is $425 USD and includes all golf all four rounds of the Rocky Mountain Amateur, player gift, player carts, and practice facility usage.  

Entry Criteria: A player is eligible if they submit a completed, paid application by the deadline below, space is available at the time of entry and meet the criteria below (a player no longer needs to not be a college prospect as the event is open to all who fit the objective entry criteria).

• Top 250 in closest ranking to May 1, 2020, in the 2019-20 Men's Golfweek Collegiate Rankings or Golfstat Rankings (DIVISION I)
• Top 1500 players in Scratch Players World Amateur Golf Rankings
• Top 1000 players in World Amateur Golf Rankings
• Top 1000 players in Golfweek Amateur Rankings
• All 2019 or 2020 champions of major men's state amateur and mid-amateur championships
• All participants in the men's 2019 US Mid-Amateur, 2020 USGA Four-Ball and 2019 US Amateur Championships
• All male amateur golfers with a handicap of 3.0 or below

Entry Form: To enter, print, complete fully, and scan and return to R@saguaroamateur.com.  You can also enter online (link above) or mail with a check to Saguaro Amateur; 6998 Indian Peaks Trail; Boulder, CO  80301.  Entry forms MUST include full payment of $425, either by check or credit card.  Credit cards accepted are Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.  

Practice Round: Monday, July 13 in the afternoon. Tee times are the responsibility of the player.  Please call Colorado National pro shop at 303-926-1723 by July 5 to guarantee availability.  

AVIS RENTAL CAR DISCOUNT:  All Rocky Mountain Amateur participants will receive a 20% discount off of published rates with Avis.  For insurance purposes, they are not able to waive the additional daily fee for drivers ages 21-25.  Link to book:    Avis Discount for the Rocky Mountain Am
